MICHELLE NAPIER LANE

I have a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Houston. In 2004, a good friend taught me how to knit. After a year or so of knitting garter stitch scarves, I decided to take the plunge and learn how to knit lace. Learning how to knit lace was very frustrating at first, but with the help of the amazing Anne Hanson and much persistence I finally got the hang of it. Being able to knit lace was such a confidence builder that it fueled my passion to move on to other techniques, like cables and color work. I would like to encourage every knitter to step out of

his/her comfort zone because that is

when you grow! Please do not hesitate

to contact me with questions about

knitting - I am happy to help!
